Returns & Refunds Policy — ART STUDIO PORTALS
All paintings sold through Art Studio Portals are original, one-of-a-kind works of art. Due to their unique nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the artwork arrives damaged or significantly different from its description.
Damaged in Transit If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage to the artwork and packaging
We will review each case individually and offer a resolution, which may include a full refund or replacement where possible.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Original artworks in undamaged condition
- Custom or commissioned pieces
